Generally for purchase
A purchase agreement is only concluded when the company, FAIRLY, has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. You as a customer acknowledge that you are liable for payment when the purchase has been completed on the checkout page. An order confirmation is generated automatically. FAIRLY's prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) or euros (EUR).
The purchase is made via the Shopify platform.
How much does shipping cost and how are the goods delivered?
All purchases on fairly.se within Sweden are free of shipping. In Sweden, all goods are shipped with Postnord, delivery time approx. 2-5 working days. In the event of a return, a return fee of 69 SEK will be added. Note, this does not apply to complaints. If your package cannot be delivered to your mailbox, it will be sent to your nearest representative. You will receive a notification via email or text message when the shipment is sent.
All orders are packed in webshop bags made of 100% recycled plastic or in kraft paper boxes.
How much does shipping cost outside Sweden?
Shipping costs vary depending on the country. By adding your items to the shopping cart you will see the shipping cost for your selected country.
How can I pay for my order?
You can currently pay by card and via Klarna.
What applies to exchanges & returns?
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal within Sweden from the date you have collected your item. If you would like to make a return, please email info@fairly.se and we will send you a return slip and instructions on how to proceed. Also state the reason for the return in the email. The return cost of 69 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
You are responsible for the item until we receive it. Refund will be made as soon as the return has been received. The product must be returned with any hang tag attached and in unused condition. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, you as the customer may be liable for compensation.
How do exchanges & returns work from countries outside Sweden?
You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal outside of Sweden after receiving the product. To return your product, email info@fairly.se and we will send you a return label. A fee of 119 SEK-259 SEK will be added depending on the country.
You are responsible for the product until we receive it. Refunds will be made as soon as the return has been received. The product must be returned with any hang tag and in unused condition. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, you as the customer may be liable for compensation.
When will I get my money back for my return?
I will email you when your return has been received and the money should be back in your account within 2-4 banking days.
What happens if I don't pick up my package?
We charge an administrative fee of 200 SEK if a package is returned without a valid reason, as a penalty fee is added from Postnord.
What applies in the event of a complaint?
FAIRLY complies with the Consumer Purchase Act, which means a 36-month right of complaint, upon presentation of a valid receipt. The right of complaint only covers original defects, i.e. production defects.
Contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. The right to a complaint does not apply in cases where we cannot find a defect in the product or where you caused the damage yourself. Normal wear and tear is therefore not covered.
